Author Guidelines

Authors are invited to make a submission to this journal. All submissions will be assessed by an editor to determine whether they meet the aims and scope of this journal. Those considered to be a good fit will be sent for peer review before determining whether they will be accepted or rejected.

Before making a submission, authors are responsible for obtaining permission to publish any material included with the submission, such as photos, documents and datasets. All authors identified on the submission must consent to be identified as an author. Where appropriate, research should be approved by an appropriate ethics committee in accordance with the legal requirements of the study's country.

An editor may desk reject a submission if it does not meet minimum standards of quality. Before submitting, please ensure that the study design and research argument are structured and articulated properly. The title should be concise and the abstract should be able to stand on its own. This will increase the likelihood of reviewers agreeing to review the paper. When you're satisfied that your submission meets this standard, please follow the checklist below to prepare your submission.

 MANUSCRIPT PREPARATION GUIDELINES

Authors are required to prepare and submit their manuscripts in accordance with the following formatting requirements:

  1. GENERAL FORMAT
    • Manuscripts must be prepared in Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) format.
    • The manuscript shall be written in English.
    • The paper size shall be A4 (210 mm × 297 mm).
    • The manuscript shall be presented in a two-column format throughout the main text.
    • Text shall be fully justified.
    • Line spacing shall be Single (1.0).
    • No footnotes or endnotes shall be used.
  2. PAGE MARGINS
    • Top Margin: 1 inch (2.54 cm)
    • Bottom Margin: 1 inch (2.54 cm)
    • Left Margin: 0.75 inch (1.9 cm)
    • Right Margin: 0.75 inch (1.9 cm)
  3. FONT AND TYPOGRAPHY
    • Font Style: Times New Roman
    • Main Text Font Size: 10 pt
    • Author Name(s): 10 pt
    • Author Affiliation(s): 10 pt
    • Abstract: 10 pt
    • Keywords: 10 pt
    • Section Headings: 10 pt Bold
    • Sub-section Headings: 10 pt Bold
    • References: 10 pt
  4. TITLE OF THE PAPER
    • The title shall be in Times New Roman, 16 pt, Bold.
    • The title shall be left aligned.
    • The title should clearly reflect the contents of the manuscript.
  5. AUTHOR DETAILS
    Author information shall appear immediately below the title in the following format:

Author Name¹*, Author Name², Author Name³

²Designation, Department/Faculty, University/Institution, City, Country
³Designation, Department/Faculty, University/Institution, City, Country

*Corresponding Author: Email Address

• Author names shall be in Times New Roman, 10 pt.
• Affiliations shall be in Times New Roman, 10 pt.
• The corresponding author shall be identified using an asterisk (*).

  1. ABSTRACT
    • The abstract should be between 200–300 words.
    • The abstract shall briefly state the purpose, methodology, findings, and conclusions of the study.
    • Citations, references, footnotes, and unexplained abbreviations should not be included in the abstract.
  2. KEYWORDS
    • Authors shall provide 4–6 keywords.
    • Keywords should be separated by commas.
  3. HEADINGS
    • Major headings shall be numbered consecutively (e.g., 1. Introduction, 2. Review of Literature).
    • Sub-headings shall be numbered as 3.1, 3.2, 3.3, etc.
    • All headings shall be left aligned and in bold.
  4. FIGURES, TABLES AND EQUATIONS
    • Figures and tables shall be numbered consecutively.
    • Each figure and table must have an appropriate title/caption.
    • Sources shall be acknowledged wherever applicable.
  5. CITATION AND REFERENCING STYLE
    • The Journal follows the IEEE Referencing Style.
    • In-text citations shall be indicated using square brackets.

Examples:
Artificial Intelligence is transforming legal systems [1].
Several studies have examined data protection issues [2], [3].
According to Smith [4], AI governance requires regulatory oversight.

• Footnotes are strictly prohibited.
• Endnotes are not permitted.
• All references must appear at the end of the manuscript under the heading “References”.

  1. REFERENCES
    • References shall be numbered consecutively according to their first appearance in the manuscript.
    • References shall be typed in Times New Roman, 10 pt.
    • Authors must ensure accuracy and completeness of all references.
    • DOI details should be provided wherever available.
  2. PAGE NUMBERING
    • Page numbers shall be inserted at the bottom centre of each page.
    • The first page may follow the journal template formatting requirements.
  3. ORIGINALITY
    • Submitted manuscripts must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration elsewhere.
    • Authors are responsible for ensuring the originality of their work and obtaining permissions for any copyrighted material used in the manuscript.

Submission Preparation Checklist

 

All submissions must meet the following requirements.

  • This submission meets the requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
  • This submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration.
  • All references have been checked for accuracy and completeness.
  • All tables and figures have been numbered and labeled.
  • Permission has been obtained to publish all photos, datasets and other material provided with this submission.
